From 1 December 2022, Joël Verany will be responsible for the Stellantis Premium Brands department France, which brings together the brands DS Automobiles, Alfa Romeo and Lancia. This department will be tasked with ensuring a differentiated premium approach to the customer experience and the development of the associated ranges whilst driving the retailer’s contract with the premium brands. It will be based on two marketing departments (DS/Alfa Romeo & Lancia), two brand leaders (DS/Alfa Romeo & Lancia) and a sales department with two regional departments joining the forces of the premium brands on the ground.

Joël Verany will report to Guillaume Couzy, Country Manager of Stellantis for France and will be part of the Management Committee. Joël Verany, 47, graduated in 1998 from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers (ParisTech). He began his career as a financial advisor at Mazars, where he remained for almost three years. In 2001, he joined the PSA group as a financial analyst in the automotive division before starting a more commercial and distribution career in France, eventually becoming Director of DS France.

We remember that Alfa Romeo, Lancia and DS Automobiles are the three premium brands of Stellantis. The automotive group is relying heavily on these three brands to further increase its profitability.
